“Time passed for you” is the new single by pianist, violinist and composer Dony Valentino, a session musician who boasts collaborations with well-known faces of Italian pop music and the international R&B/Soul scene such as Herbie Goins, Wendy D. Lewis, Aida Cooper among the others . The track, published by A.MA Records and available on all digital platforms from February 23 2024 is enriched by the precious collaboration on drums by Miki Genualdo, it has a nu-jazz matrix where ambient and electronics blend and form the backdrop to the main theme played on the piano by Dony Valentino alternating with the cello. The leitmotif of the track is characterized by a rather minimalist but passionate writing and lyric, which as mentioned in the track title, tells of a nostalgic but evocative time.


Dony Valentino is a composer, pianist and violinist who in recent years has played on tour and in the studio with some of the most well-known artists on the Italian and foreign music scene. With the A.MA Records label he collaborated as a multi-instrumentalist, co-author and arranger on the albums "Next Move", "Bolle" and "Fauves" by guitarist Antonio Trinchera.
